Baroque Pearl and Hematite Necklace

A classic and timeless necklace of 10x11mm White baroque pearls alternating with small gold plated Hematite beads, on a gold plated magnetic ball clasp.

This style of necklace was popular even in the 17th century, as can be seen in Rembrandt’s portrait of his wife, Saskia van Uylenburgh, dated to 1633, now in the Rijksmuseum Amsterdam, and which he used in several other portraits.
