Returns Policy


If you are not entirely happy with your order please contact us immediately on receipt by email ( to let us know. All jewellery can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 7 working days of you receiving your goods with the following exceptions:

Earrings cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for reasons of hygiene unless faulty.

We cannot refund or exchange goods which have been personalised to a customer’s specification.

It is important that you check the items immediately on receipt of your order. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven working days as we will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period.

All items must be returned with a reason for return. This can be written on your original invoice included inside your parcel. Please ensure that you include your full details, including a copy of your receipt, with the goods.

All refunds will be credited via the original method of purchase and to the original debit or credit card.

Your statutory rights are not affected for any of the above, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.

Arranging a Return

Any products which may be returned must be new and unused. This requires a condition in which there are no marks or evidence of wear and the item must be returned in its original packaging. As we do not sell used products, we cannot accept any product back with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the products will be returned to the purchaser. The Real Pearl Co. is not responsible for any item that is not returned in this manner.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.


Once we have accepted your returned item, your original credit or debit card will be credited within 28 days. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).
