Online Shopping

The Real Pearl Co. takes all reasonable care to ensure that all photographic images, prices, and descriptions of products on the website are correct. Whist every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures and finishes of the products that appear on the website is made, as our products are made from mainly natural materials (Pearls, Semi-precious stones etc…) some variations may occur.

What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Order Process

The Real Pearl Co. aims to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been processed.

Ordering through our website is safe and secure. We employ methods and systems which do not compromise your debit or credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. Please feel comfortable using your debit or credit card to order from our site.



All items are subject to availability.

Standard UK Recorded Delivery – £5.00. Please allow 2 to 5 working days from dispatch.

International Signed For – £15.00. Please allow 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.

Shipping Terms

All parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail (unless otherwise notified and agreed) and will require a signature on delivery.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. We will contact you to let you know when the item will be back in stock.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.

Late and Lost Deliveries

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch – this is only when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

Items not received but tracked as being delivered: where an item is tracked as being delivered, we may be able to request a proof of delivery from Royal Mail. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

The Real Pearl Co. cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.


Your item will be sent to you in a The Real Pearl Co. jewellery box. Please be assured that we always pack your items securely and safely.

Payment Methods

We only accept payment for orders in pounds (£) sterling.

We accept payment by Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and American Express.

If you choose to pay for an item using a payment card with a foreign currency denominated account, the amount due will still be taken in pounds (£) sterling which will be converted at the rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.

We will take all reasonable care, insofar as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your purchase and payment secure, but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the The Real Pearl Co. website. Our site uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.

By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including, but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

Order Cancellation

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed, please notify us directly within 24 hours. Call us on 07973 71845 during office hours.

As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. Once an item is dispatched our Returns Policy will apply. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products as set in our Returns Policy.

We are unable to accept order cancelations for personalised goods.
